How can I size my nails?

A sizing kit is required for all new customers. This is to ensure the nail sets you order will fit your nails perfectly.
We are not responsible for any incorrect nail sizes.
Existing customers that wish to purchase a nail set in a different nail shape must purchase the correct sizing kit first.

Replacement nails can be found in the shop if you wish to go up or down a size.

With correct application, nail sets can last up to weeks. Please follow the instruction card found with each set to ensure they are applied correctly

Every nail set will come with 1 x prep kit. In each kit you can find: Nail Glue, Cuticle Pusher, Mini Nail Files/Buffers and Prep & Shine Wipes
In instances where more than 1 nail set is purchased, additional glue will be provided.

As each product is handmade and made to order, returns cannot be accepted. If you do have any issues with your order please get in contact as soon as possible so that a resolution can be found.
New customers must purchase a sizing kit - orders where this is not fulfilled will be automatically cancelled.
We are not responsible for incorrect sizing.

All items are made to order, therefore the picture may differ slightly. Colours may also look different.
All nail sets will receive 1 x prep kit per order.
Once your order has been started, any changes cannot be made.
We reserve the right to decline custom design sets due to capacity and/or supplies. We will never accept custom designs where it is outside of our expertise. We will be fully transparent about this during consultation.
We currently use Evri as our shipping courier. We are not responsible for any shipping carrier errors.
